Ham and Egg Strata
List of Ingredients
8 slices bread,buttered and cubed
2 cups diced ham
2 cups cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sauteed sliced mushrooms
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Layer half bread cubes in the bottom of 9x12 baking dish. On top of bread cubes put half the cheese cubes, all the mushrooms and all the ham. Add rest of cheese cubes on top of this mixture. Than add the rest of the bread cubes.
Combine eggs,milk,and spices.
Pour this over the whole concoction.Refrigerate overnite.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
