List of Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1 15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
3 TBSP sour cream
3 TBSP lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cumin
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
In a food processor, process all ingredients except for olive oil until almost smooth. With machine running, drizzle in olive oil until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl several times. Serve with pita chips.
