Mom's Stuffed Mushrooms

Although I don't like mushrooms - I'm told I make these very well. I usually make them every year for Thanksgiving.
Wash and dry white mushrooms. Remove caps and chop the caps fine. Combine chopped caps with bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, grated cheese and enough olive oil to bring it all together. Stuff mushrooms but do not pack it in. Place in shallow pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Put a little water in the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until the mushrooms are tender about 1/2 hour.
