    3 cups cubed bread
    3 cups cubed ham or cooked pork sausage
    3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 Tbs. flour
    2 Tbs. melted butter
    6 large eggs
    3 cups milk

    Recipe



    Place first three ingredients evenly in bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Combine flour and mustard with well-beaten eggs and milk. Stir well, then pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate 4-8 hours before baking. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to one hour.

    Note: This is best made the night before. It makes a great holiday breakfast or brunch item for that reason.
