A very moist bread that keeps for a very long time.
List of Ingredients
- 3-1/3 Cups sifted flour
- 2 Tsp. baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 3 Cups sugar
- 1 Cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cups water
- 2 Cups canned pumpkin
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Grease three 9x5-inch loaf pans. Fill each 1/3 full.
- Bake 350 for 1 hour.
- TIP: To slice thinly, refrigerate.
