List of Ingredients
- 1 Cup butter or shortening
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Cup oatmeal
- 1 Cup Rice Krispies
- 1 Cup coconut
- 2-2 1/2 Cups flour
Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add Vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
- Combine flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Add to shortening mixture.
- Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut.
- Form mixture into small balls. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

It takes both rain and sunshine to make a rainbow.
