Recipe Introduction
Since the Goedens owned and operated a family seafood restaurant for 70 years, seafood plays a big part in the Goeden diet. Sydney's favorite kinds of seafood are shrimp, crabs and mussels.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbs. white wine (optional)
- 2 Tbs. shrimp stock
Instructions
- Place butter in a saute pan and melt.
- Add garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Add wine and shrimp - continue to saute.
- As the shrimp begin to turn pink add in the stock and continue to saute the shrimp until completely pink.
