Recipe Introduction
Genna says this recipe goes great with Betty Crocker brownies for dessert.
List of Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup gorgonzola cheese
- 2 Cups milk
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- favorite pasta (fettuccine)
- chicken breasts, cooked/cubed
Instructions
- Heat oil. Add flour and garlic, stir in milk.
- Stir frequently to work out lumps.
- Add cheese and continue stirring.
- In seperate pan, saute spinach and mushrooms in olive oil. Add garlic salt.
- Add vegetables and chicken to sauce.
- Serve over favorite pasta.
Final Comments
Genna's full name is Genevieve. She was named after her Great Grandmother Genevieve Will. I bet Great Grandma like Gorgonzola Pasta too.
