Recipe Introduction
Abby rings bells for the taste of stuffed shells.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jumbo Shells, uncooked
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 jar (26oz) pasta sauce
Instructions
- Cook shells according to package directions, drain.
- In medium bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and eggs.
- Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
- Arrange in 13x9 baking dish, overlapping slightly.
- Pour sauce over shells, top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Uncover, let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- NOTE: You may add 1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground beef to sauce before pouring over shells.
