Broccoli Cheese Soup

This is one of Ellen's favorite foods.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 3 Cups water
- 3 chicken boullion cubes
- 4 oz. fine noodles
- 10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli (or fresh)
- 8 oz. cubed velveeta cheese
- 3 Cups milk
- garlic salt
Instructions
- Saute onion in oil.
- Add water, bouillon cubes and noodles.
- Heat to boiling until boullion dissolves.
- Cook uncovered 3 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and some garlic salt. Cook 4 minutes.
- Add cheese and milk. Stir until melted. Do not boil.
- NOTE: If using fresh broccoli, chop into small pieces and saute or partially cook it prior to adding it into the soup.

When work seems rather dull to me,
And life is not so sweet,

I simply love to eat!
