Roasted Asparagus w/Balsamic Vinegar -e-w
Serves: 4
1-1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 T. olive or canola oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 T. balsamic vinegar
Place the asparagus in a 13 x 9 x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar just before serving.
