Creamy Fudge -- w

1-1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
1/4 cup unsalted butter
16 large marshmallows, quartered
1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 lb. semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts


Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture has boiled for Exactly 5 Minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Stir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Let stand until firm; then cut into squares.
