Honey Mustard Salad Dressing – e-w
Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 2-cups
1 c. (8 oz.) fat-free yogurt
1/3 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 T. prepared mustard
4-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar – or – cider vinegar
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
One 2-Tablespoon serving equals: 50 calories…2 gm fat (trace saturated)…2 mg cholesterol…165 mg sodium…8 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…1 gm protein +++EXC: 1/2 fruit…1/2 fat +++WWP: 1
