    CHILI & LIME SPLASHED CRISP VEGETABLES

    The perfect accompaniment to spicy grilled meats, this crisp, crunchy salad is a warm-weather favorite.

    PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

    4 servings

    8 small carrots
    2 medium cucumbers, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch sticks
    1 medium jicama, peeled, cut into 3 x 1/2-inch sticks
    Juice from 1 medium lime
    2 tablespoons chili powder

    Combine all ingredients; mix well.

    One serving equals: Calories 70; Protein 2 g; Carbohydrate 15 g; Fat 1 g; Cholesterol 0 mg; Sodium 50 mg
