    • 2 slices bread
    • 1 slice American process cheese (Velveeta brand is best)
    • Butter


    Instructions


    1. Butter 2 slices bread generously. Between slices, buttered side out, place the cheese slice. Brown lightly on both sides in frying pan over moderate heat until cheese melts.
