    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 T apple juice
    ½ tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 cup chopped tart apples
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Combine cream cheese, apple juice and nutmeg in mixer bowl; blend until smooth.
    Pour lemon juice over chopped apples and add to the cream cheese mixture.
    Gently fold in ¾ cup of the pecans, then shape into a 6 inch log and roll in the remaining chopped nuts.
    Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Slice and serve on crackers.
