    1 lb. sausage
    2 cups Bisquick
    2 or 3 T poppy seed
    ¾ tsp salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1½ cup sour cream
    ¾ cup milk
    paprika

    Recipe



    Brown onion and sausage, drain. Mix Bisquick, milk and 1 egg. Spread in greased 13x9 dish. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Spread sausage mixture over dough. Beat 1 egg with sour cream until well mixed. Spread over sausage mixture and spinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Freezes well. Wrap in foil. Heat before serving.
