1 pound Velveeta light, cut up
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
6 oz. cooked, chopped chicken
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 tsp ground cumin
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on High 3-4 minutes until Velveeta is melted.
Serve with cut up vegetables or baked tortilla chips.
