    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    ½ cup plus 2 T sugar
    1/3 cup Cool Whip
    9 inch graham cracker crust
    ½ cup heavy cream
    2 oz. chocolate chips
    4 T butter

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and Cool Whip. Whip until light and creamy. Spread in pie shell. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, chocolate chips and butter. Heat over low heat. Whisk until smooth, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Carefully pour over pie and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
