    1 9" unbaked pie shell
    4 extra large eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 1/3 cups milk
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Pre heat oven to 350°. Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Beat well and pour into crust. bake for 40-50 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool.
