    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    ½ cup water
    1 cup oil
    2½ cups plain flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 diced apples (2½ cups)
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 package butterscoth chips

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, eggs, water and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well while adding apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top of batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
