    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 ts. baking soda
    1 cup coconut
    10 chopped maraschino cherries
    1 16oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 to 1 cup nuts

    FROSTING

    1/2 cup softened butter
    8 oz softened cream cheese
    box powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    CAKE

    Place all ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly. Put into buttered 13x9 pan. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes. Frost when cool.

    FROSTING

    Mix all ingredients until creamy.

    FOR A MEXICAN FRUITCAKE OMIT COCONUT AND CHERRIES AND FROST WHILE CAKE IS STILL WARM.
