    2 c sugar
    3 c all-purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1½ c oil
    1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple,drained
    2 c chopped pecans
    2 c chopped bananas

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT BEAT.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas. Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) pans. Bake 25-30 minutes at 325°. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Frost between layers, top and side with cream cheese filling.

    CREAM CHEESE FILLING

    2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
    1 cup margarine, softened
    2 (16oz) boxes powdered sugar
    2 tsp vanilla

    Mix cream cheese and margarine. Add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.

    Sprinkle 1 cup nuts between layers and on top.
