Baked Fruit Casserole

1 15 oz can peaches
1 15 oz can apricots
1 20 oz can chunk pineapple
1 29 oz can pears
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1 tsp ground gingerRecipe
Drain fruit well and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, margrine and ginger and stir over hot heat until margarine has melted. Pour over fruit and bake at 325° about 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and syrup bubbles.
Yield: 8 servings
