Cabbage Casserole with Macaroni

16 oz bag three-color cole slaw cabbage (in the produce)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 T olive oil
2 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. package cooked, diced ham
8 oz Velveeta cheese
Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy skillet and cook the cabbage and onion until just wilted. Stir in cooked macaroni, soup, ham and cheese. Turn into a 9x13 dish and sprinkle the top generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 350° oven about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top and hot through.
