    2 pound bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pint sour cream
    ½ cup melted butter or margarine
    ½ cup chopped onion

    Recipe



    Thaw potatoes. Mix everything together. Pack in casserole dish. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs with ¼ cup melted margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
