14 oz. package caramels dissolved over hot water
with 1/3 cup evaporated milk
German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup chopped nuts
6 oz. chocolate chipsRecipe
Combine cake mix, milk and butter with mixer until it holds together. Stir in nuts. Press half in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate morsels spreading evenly. Crumble remaining dough over caramel mixture. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool. Cut into small bars.
