    2 cans cream chicken soup
    1 Italian dressing mix
    8 Oz cream cheese
    2 cups water
    4-6 chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Place the chicken in bottom of crock pot
    Pour all other ingredients on top
    Cook on low 6-8 hours
    Stir the sauce and serve over fettuccini noodles
    You may shred chicken and mix in with sauce.
