    Very light, but delicious.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    1 1/2 cups Lite Cool Whip
    1 (10oz) angel food cake
    10 medium strawberries, optional

    Recipe



    Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Layer half the angel food cake , torn into bite size pieces, in a 13x9 inch dish. Top with half of the pudding and pineapple mixture. Then add the remaining angel food cake and top with remainder of the pudding and pineapple mixture. Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Chill at least one hour or until ready to serve.
