    BASIC VANILLA

    2 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    whole milk to fill freezer

    For Milky Way
    decrease sugar to 1¼ cups, melt 6 regular size MIlky Way bars in 1 cup milk. Add 1/3 cup Hersheys syrup. Cool.
    Add to basic vanilla.

    I always heat the beaten eggs with about a quart of the whole milk to almost the boiling point, cool, then add other ingredients.
