Keeps a long time in the refrigerator.
List of Ingredients
16 oz. low fat sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz. low fat Velveeta
7 oz. diced pimientos
light mayonnaise to mixRecipe
Grate cheese, add drained, diced pimientos. Mix up the cheese and pimiento with light mayonnaise. Add mayo until it reaches the consistency you want. Store in plastic container in the refrigerator.
You may need to stir if it has been sitting undisturbed for a while.
