    4 chicken breasts, cooked in water until tender
    ½ onion, chopped and sauteed

    WHITE SAUCE
    2 T flour
    2 T margarine
    ¼ tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 cup cold water

    Recipe



    Place cooked chicken in 1½ quart casserole dish. Combine onion and soup. Make white sauce by heating the sauce ingredients until boiling over medium heat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add sauce to soup mixture and pour over chicken. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350°. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
