    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 bottles (18oz each) barbeque sauce
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, undrained
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    hot cooked rice

    Recipe



    Place four chicken breasts in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine barbeque sauce, pineapple, green pepper, onion and garlic; pour half over the chicken. Top with the remaining chicken and sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve the chicken and sauce over rice.

    Yield: 8 servings
