    1 box lemon jello
    1 box orange jello
    2 cups hot water
    1½ cups cold water
    2 bananas, diced
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save Juice)
    40 miniature marshmallows
    ½ cup chopped pecans
    ½ cup sugar
    2 T flour
    1 egg
    1 cup pineapple juice (saved from crushed pineapple)
    ½ pint whipping cream
    1 (3oz) package cream cheese, softened
    grated cheese

    Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Add 1½ cups cold water, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans. Pour into 13x9 glass dish and chill in refrigerator until congealed. Cook ½ cup sugar, 2 T flour, 1 egg and 1 cup pineapple juice until thickened. Allow to cool. Spread cooked mixture over congealed gelatin. Whip whipping cream and blend with softened cream cheese, beaten until light. Spread over second layer.
    You may sprinkle grated cheese over top.
