    List of Ingredients




    4 (11 oz) cans shoepeg corn, drained
    3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
    ½ cup chopped green pepper
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    6-8 servings.
