    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes or Mexican stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes or diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
    1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn, drained
    2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    2-3 T chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    ½ tsp dried minced garlic

    Recipe



    In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4to 5 hours or until heated through.

    Yield: 8-10 servings
