    List of Ingredients




    5 pounds potatoes
    8 oz sour cream
    chopped onion
    cheddar cheese
    bacon bits
    ½ pint whipping cream

    Recipe



    Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil until tender.
    Mash potatoes and add sour cream, onion and cheddar cheese.
    Spoon mixture into large baking dish.
    Top with bacon bits and whipping cream that has been whipped.
    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
