List of Ingredients
- 2 or 3 big potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Some type of shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine the can of soup with milk, add a good grind of pepper.
- Peel and slice potatoes and onion.
- Layer ham,onion, potatoes and sauce in an eight cup casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with some kind of cheese, bake uncovered 20 minutes more.
