List of Ingredients



• 1/4 cup butter
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1/4 nutmeg
  
• 1 teaspoon soda
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  
• 2-1/2 cups diced apple
  
• 2 teaspoons hot water
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Cream sugar and butter. Mix in egg.
   
2. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
   
3. Stir in nuts, apples, water, and vanilla.
   
4. Put in 9" well greased glass pie pan.
   
5. Bake at 350F. Bake 45 minutes.
   
6. Serve with ice cream if desired.
