List of Ingredients
- 1 pound frankfurters
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups water
- 2-1/4 cups Minute Rice
- 1 envelope (1-3/4 oz.) cheese sauce mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Parsley Flakes
Instructions
- Lightly brown frankfurters in butter in large skillet. Stir in water, rice, contents of sauce mix envelope and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until rice is tender. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. 4 to 6 servings.
