    My Mom uses this with chicken. Very good.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup bourbon
    • 2 small onions, sliced thin
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 3 Tab. grated fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • Dash of wine vinegar (1/2 T or so)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together and use as chicken marinade.
