    1 pound bacon, sliced in half
    1 pkg kielbasa
    1 pound brown sugar

    Recipe



    Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces and wrap on strip of the bacon around it. Secure with toothpick. Put into a lare throw away cake pan. Cover with brown sugar. Let sit for a couple of hours. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat, reserving a little. Turn temp up to 350 and bake for 30 more minutes.
