List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 of a package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup frozen corn or peas
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste Recipe
1. In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
2. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish or small roasting pan; cover and bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly warmed. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
