    Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie
    2 (4 serving size) packages instant chocolate pudding
    4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 & 1/2 cups milk

    Cool whip topping

    Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 9" pie pan.
    Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted.
    Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour then nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool
    Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire wisk 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over brownie pie. Top with cool whip. Garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.
