    8 oz very lean beef
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 11 oz can corn drained
    1 14 oz can southwestern black beans undrained
    1 cup salsa
    2 1/2 cups hot water
    8 oz penne
    4 oz ff cream cheese
    4 oz shredded cheddar (if you use red fat lower the points accordingly, this calls for full fat which compliments the ff cream cheese nicely)

    Brown meat, add taco seasoning through pasta, simmer til pasta is done. Add cheeses to melt.

    8 - 1 cup servings, 5 pts per cup
