Cheesy Beef Buns

1 medium onion, chopped
2 T. butter or margarine
1 jar (8-oz.) process cheese sauce (I am using Velveeta)
1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef
6 French or Italian sandwich buns, split
Recipe
In a medium saucepan cook and stir cheese until heated through. Stir in beef until evenly coated; In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Mix in beef mixture. Wrap each bun in foil. Bake at 350* for 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is crispy. Yield: 6 servings.
