List of Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground pork
1/2 oz. ginger (to taste)
6 oz. sliced red onion
6 pieces chopped fresh chilies (to taste)
1/2 to 1 oz. fish sauce
4 oz. lime juice
3 oz dry roasted peanuts (ground)
2 oz. green onion
Several lettuce leaves
Recipe
Boil pork in water, breaking up as it cooks (it will be very fine), about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix with ginger, onions, chilies, ginger, fish & lemon juice. Toss well. Add the peanuts & green onions.
Place on lettuce greens. Serve cold or warm.
