List of Ingredients
1 pound thin spaghetti noodles
1/4 C. smooth peanut butter
3 to 4 T. warm water
1/4 C. Tabasco brand Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Asian (toasted) sesame oil (I use 2 T. of the SPICY)
2 T. rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 T. sugar
2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced very thin diagonally
1 small green onion, sliced very thin diagonally
Salt to taste
Recipe
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cold. Drain completely. Transfer noodles to a large bowl.
Whisk peanut butter and water in a small bowl until smooth. Add Tabasco brand Soy Sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic and salt. Toss noodles with dressing, cover and chill for about one hour. Just before serving, toss again, transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with cucumber and green onion.
