List of Ingredients
4 cube steaks
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 teaspoons brown gravy mix
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 to 2 cups water -- (you can use part wine if you like)
Recipe
Place the chopped celery in the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle with about 1/2 teaspoon of the brown gravy mix. Place the two cube steaks on top of the celery. Sprinkle with some of the brown gravy mix and some of the onion soup mix. Place the remaining two cube steaks on top. Place the chopped onion around the meat. Sprinkle the remaining brown gravy mix and onion soup mix over the meat and onions. Pour the water and wine over the meat . Cook on LOW for 5-7 hours.
