Cheesy Mushroom Bundles

All You Need
24 whole (1-inch) mushrooms
1/4 c. chive & onion cream cheese
1/2 package (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 whole egg, slightly beaten
All You Do
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove stems from mushrooms. Fill each cap with 1/2 tsp. cream cheese.
On lightly floured surface, roll pastry to 15-by-10-inch rectangle. Cut into 24 (2-1/2-inch) squares.
For each bundle, place 1 filled mushroom in center of 1 square of pastry. Draw 4 corners up to form small bundle. Firmly pinch center.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush bundles with egg.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
